MANAGEMENT, 370 L'ENFANT PROMENADE, SW - 4TH FLOOR WEST, WASHINGTON,
DC 20447 R -- EVALUATION OF COMPREHENSIVE CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (CCDP) SOL
105-95-1932 DUE 063095 POC KIMBERLY A. MARSHALL, CONTRACT SPECIALIST
(202) 401-4721; JOEL B. ANTHONY, CONTRACTING OFFICER (202) 401-5149 The
primary purpose of this study is to continue to assess, over an
additional period of five years, the logitudinal impact of the
Comprehensive Child Development Programs (CCDP) administered by the
Administration on Children, Youth and Families (ACYF). In particular,
the follow-up study will focus on studying families within a selected
subset of approximately 6-8 Cohort 1 CCDP sites. It is anticipated that
the study will include at minimum, two follow-up data collection points
that will (1) enable the continued logitudinal examination of the CCDP
intervention (comparing the outcomes for families who originally were
randomly assigned to either the program or comparison groups), as well
(2) conducting an assessment of post-CCDP experiences and the tracking
of developmental progress for both groups of children and families as
the children move into and through preschool (including Head Start for
some children) and the early elementary school grades. The anticipated
period of performance is 60 months with a total of 5 phases broken
down to 12 months each. Interested parties should request RFP
105-95-1932. All requests must be in writing. No telephone or fax
request will be honored. The anticipated solicitation release date is
May 19, 1995. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be
considered. (0111) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0049 19950424\R-0009.SOL)
