Proposed procurement is to provide termite and pest inspection and control services for properties acquired through the Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP) in the Charleston, South Carolina area. It is anticipated that six awards will be issued for indefinite delivery type contracts for a one-year period with four one-year option periods. This procurement is a 100-percent small business set aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5 million dollars.
