ELECTRONIC COMMERCE SYMPOSIUM The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Sacramento Chapter, and the Department of Defense Electronic Commerce Project Office are sponsoring a technical symposium and outreach program for government procurement agents and interested industry representatives on Electronic Commerce (EC). This event is scheduled for 18 and 19 May 1995 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Sacramento, California. It will feature forecasts from federal, state, and local government agencies, presentations by leading vendors, training on EC within the federal system, and a keynote luncheon with Mrs. Colleen A. Preston (Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition Reform). Fees are $55 each day for corporate attendees, $25 each day for government personnel, $15 each day for AFCEA members, and an additional $25 for the keynote luncheon. The registration deadline for all events is 1 May.
