Lewis, (502) 582-5706 This Solicitation is to request for proposal (RFP) and ultimately award a Design/Build contract for the AMC III Project at WPAFB, OH. The project includes the Site-Adapt Design of the AMC IIB Bldg currently under construction. The RFP documents for AMC III describe changes required to the AMC IIB design. The AMC IIB design plans and specifications are included as part of the RFP documents, as well as partial AMC I plans that are needed to design connecting corridor to AMC III. This 2-story with basement office/administration bldg is 107,000 SF reinforced concrete structure with precast concrete wall enclosure. Also required is comprehensive interior design including prewired workstations, loose furniture, and complete interior finishes and furnishings, utility distribution, road and parking lot pavement, and site development. Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria: (1) Engineering Quality, (2) Cost, (3) Management Capability, (4) Past Performance, and (5) Schedule. Estimated cost range is $10,000,000 to Over. Solicitation to be issued o/a 12 May 95, and may be obtained by submitting a check payable to the U.S. Army Engineer District, Louisville, KY., in the amount of $30.00 for half-size plans and specifications and/or $42.00 for full-size plans and specifications.
