The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for a requirement type contract for Steiner model 15x80G, long range binoculars OR EQUAL. The Government contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price requirement type contract for a period of one (1) year with four (4) one year options as a result of this solicitation. The FBI intends to issue a brand name or equal solicitation for the above item. The Standard Industrial Code for this acquisition is 3827. Tentative release date for this solicitation is May 12, 1995.
