21727 69 -- OFF-THE-SHELF COURSE ON EVALUATING TRADITIONAL (PAPER-BASED)

National Emergency Training Center, Emergency Management Institute
(EMI) has a need for an existing, off-the-shelf course in evaluating
courses in the traditional format (i.e. paper-based with an
instructor). The course must be 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 days in length and must
include a detailed instructor guide and a student manual and some
audiovisuals. The contractor must be willing to authorize the NETC/EMI
to duplicate the materials for the Government's use at the NETC Campus
and to make changes/revisions to the materials as desired. The course
must cover topics such as importance of evaluation, role of evaluation
in training, evaluation criteria, levels of evaluation,
performance-based evaluation instruments, analysis and interpretation
of evaluation instruments, etc. For additional detail on the desired
parameters of the course, please send a written request which may be
telefaxed to (301) 447-1092. If you have a course that you feel would
meet the above requirements, or one that could be made to meet the
qualifications with minor revisions, you may send a copy to the
contracting officer identified above for review. The sample will then
