Control and Prevention contemplates awarding a contract to develop,
collect, and prepare reference strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis
for performance evaluation surveys. Develop laboratory descriptive and
test result collection instrument to package and mail to participating
laboratories and provide CDC with SAS (Statistical Analysis Systems,
Inc.) datasets. The period of performance is 24 months. Request for
solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be honored.
The scheduled issue date is approximately May 30, 1995. Requests must
cite RFP No. 200-95-0932(P). All responsible sources that meet the
aboverequirements may submit a proposal which shall be considered by
