Notified under Article 2.9.2. 4. Products covered (HS or CCCN where
applicable, otherwise national tariff heading. ICS numbers may be
provided in addition, where applicable) ozone depleting substances: CFC
11, CFC 12, CFC 113, CFC 114 and CFC 115 in air-conditioners installed
in vehicles registered before 1 January 1995. 5. Title and number of
pages of the notified document: The Poisons Act (Amendment of Schedule)
(No. 3) notification 1994. 6. Description of content: CFC 11, CFC 12,
CFC 113, CFC 114 and CFC 115 in air-conditioners installed in vehicles
registered before 1 January 1995 are controlled with the objective to
ban the use of such CFCS in air-conditioners installed in new
vehicles. 7. Objective and rationale: protection of ozone layer. 8.
