The period of performance shall be one-year from date of award with four one-year option periods, if exercised. A sources sought synopsis published in Issue No. PSA-1250 of the Commerce Business Daily on December 27, 1994, substantiated SSA's belief that the Bell & Howell Phillipsburg Company is the only source capable of providing the needed services.
