Q -- MEDICAL LABORATORY TESTING SERVICES Sol. DADA13-95-R-0018. Due 063095. POC: Contract Specialist, Mark Pitra, 206/968-4915. Furnish all transportation, labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide medical laboratory testing services for Madigan Army Medical Center and nine (9) other sites in Washington, Oregon, California, and Alaska (additional sites may be added). The required services will normally be for unique testing, but will also include routine testing for some remote sites and routine testing (overflow) for short periods of tiem (6 months or less) at the other sites. All tests shall be performed and tested entirely on the premises of the contractor or within its network of laboratories. The contractor shall provide: (1) specific specimen requirements for each analysis; (2) specific method and interpretation where specified; (3) qualitative and quantitative data where specified; and (4) sensitivity and detection limits wher specified. It is estimated that the contract period will be from 1 September 1995 through 31 August 1996 for the base period with four (4) option years. It is anticipated that a requirements contract will result from the offers received. The proposed procurement listed is unrestricted. The small business size standard is any concern including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5 million. SIC code: 8071.
