DHHS HCFA Regional Office is seeking the services of a contractor to review Medicaid Outpatient Prescription Drug Rebate Program of the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services. Purpose is to ensure that accountability and internal controls over drug rebates and drug rebate invoicing data are in accordance with the Medicaid Outpatient Prescription Drug Rebate Program. CPFF type contract anticipated. On-site performance will be required in Philadelphia, PA (orientation; presentation(s); closeout conference) and in Richmond, VA. Period of performance is approximately 230 calendar days from effective date of contract. Solicitation to be issued at least on or about 15 days after publication of this notice and will close approximately 30 calendar days thereafter.
