Contractor will be required to furnish the personnel, equipment, tools, material, and supervision to accomplish the following: Schedule I, Summer Grounds Maintenance, requires the contractor to maintain approximately 4.6 acres of improved and unimproved grounds which includes fertilization, mowing, trimming, leaf removal, parking lot sweeping, policing of grounds and other additional tasks. Schedule II, Winter Grounds Maintenance, requires the contractor to maintain approximately 6.1 acres and provide for snow and ice removal from roadways, parking lots, roofs, sidewalks/steps, handrails, ramps/drives within designated boundaries. Sanding is also required in the above stated areas. Proposers will be required to submit with their proposal, evidence of experience, qualifications, financial responsibility and ability to carry out the terms of the contract. All responders are advised that this project may be cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation evaluation, selection, negotiation and final award. More than one contract may be awarded from this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, clarification or request for another proposal. The performance period is for one base year from date of award with four (4) one year options. Contract award is anticipated for June 1995.
