OF A MEMBRANE LINER, AT CRATER LAKE NATIONAL PARK, OREGON. Sol

206/220-4045, Contracting Officer. The National Park Service, Pacific
Northwest Region, has a requirement for the cleaning of a 200,000
gallon water tank, and the application of a membrane liner, at Crater
Lake National Park, Oregon. The tank is located on the Garfield Peak
Trail within Crater Lake National Park. Access to the tank is by foot
trail. An All Terrain Vehicle (ATV), may be used to transport material
and equipment. ATV size and use will be subject to the Contracting
Officer's approval. Distance from the road is approximately 1/2 mile,
with an approximate 200 foot gain in elevation. The floor elevation of
the tank is 7298 feet. The Standard Industrial Code is 7699, ``Repair
Shops and Related Services - Not Elsewhere Classified''. The size
standard is $3.5M. The proposed solicitation is ``Full and Open
Competition'' in accordance with FAR Part 6.101 (a). A Firm-Fixed Price
type contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Please
