Y -- CONSTRUCTION OF A SEQUENCING BATCH REACTOR (SBR) WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT, SOL 239-95-B-0003. DUE 060795. Contact Karolyn Solland, Contract Specialist, 218/759-3392. To be built in New Odanah, Wisconsin, on the Bad River Indian Reservation, Ashland County, Wisconsin. The SBR waste water treatment plant shall include a sewer force main extension and other influent works; three rectangular concrete treatment basins; two concrete block buildings (a screen building and a main building) piping between the concrete tanks and the two buildings; effluent discharge piping to a lagoon and to an outfall; a water main extension with appurtenances; and access road improvements. The contractor shall contractor these facilities and install all process equipment in accordance with the plans and specifications. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Construction period shall be one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date of receipt of written notice to proceed. Liquidated damages in the amount of $275 per calendar day shall apply. Issue date is approximately 05/08/95. Requests for solicitations must be in writing. Indian preference provisions concerning employment and subcontracting shall be a part of the solicitation and resultant contract. (111)
