The Corrosion Facility is a 6598 square foot one-story building constructed of colored split face CMU walls. Necessary equipment such as, sandblast booth, paint spray booth, dust collector, and air compressors will be housed in the facility. The building will have a pitched standing seam metal roof supported by metal decking over steel trusses and joists. The floors will be covered with vinyl tile and the ceiling will be suspended acoustical type. The exterior work includes earthwork, concrete paving to include an additive alternate lift station, landscaping and demolition. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis System) is required. Bid documents are available on or about 12 May 1995. Costs are as follows: Plans half size $10.00. Specifications $100.00. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
