Requires the contractor to furnish personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision and other items and services (except as explicity identified as Government furnished items) to accomplish the following: a) Maintain, repair, and perform minor building alterations in six (6) District Engineer buildings and three (3) storage structures totalling approximately 124,166 square feet. b) Manage vehicle motor pool operations for sixty-three (63) vehicles. Contract does not include providing drivers for motor pool. c) Other additional tasks as specified in Performance Work Statement (e.g., furniture repair/assembly, painting, moving furniture, office supplies and equipment). Proposers will be required to submit with their proposal, evidence of experience, qualifications, financial responsibility and ability to carry out the terms of the contract. All responders are advised that this project may be cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation evaluation, selection, negotiation and final award. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, clarification or request for another proposal. The performance period is for one base year from date of award with four (4) one year options. Contract award is anticipated for June 1995.
