To be performed at Building 600, Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Aurora, CO. Principal features of the project include general construction, plumbing, structural, landscaping and painting. The work to be accomplished includes, but is not limited to, structural, mechanical, and architectural work for the crawl space and First Floor East Ceiling in Building 600. A release for confined space entry is a requirement of the contract. No asbestos or lead paint abatement is anticipated under this contract. THIS ACQUISITION HAS BEEN SET ASIDE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS. The estimated magnitude of this project is $25,000 - $100,000. The performance period is 90 calendar days. The solicitation will be issued o/a June 12, 1995 WITH BIDS DUE 30 DAYS AFTER ACTUAL ISSUE DATE. SOLICITATIONS (OR SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS SEPARATELY) WILL ONLY BE ISSUED TO SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES. All requests for the solicitation shall include a statement indicating the company is an SDB. The standard industrial code for this acquisition is 1542. Bidders must also state in their requests that they are capable of complying with the small business size standard of ''not to exceed $17.0 Million in average annual gross revenue for the past three fiscal years''. Solicitations will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies are exhausted. One complete solicitation including specifications and drawings are provided free of charge; there is a non-refundable charge, however, for additional copies of the solicitation.
