Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and all else necessary to remove existing paint or other floor covering by shotblasting; prepare surfaces; reseal joints; fill cracks; repair spalls; and apply new chemically resistant urethane (CRU) coating and striping as specified, at Nellis AFB NV. The performance period is for a basic one year period with an option to extend two additional years. The minimum project amount that may be ordered is $20,000; the guaranteed amount is $40,000 for the basic period and $20,000 for each of the option years. Delivery orders may be issued consecutively or concurrently up to the maximum annual amount of $300,000. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1799 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $7 million. The proposed contract listed here is set-aside 100 percent for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns; however, businesses other than SDB are invited to bid. If at the time of bid opening, SDB bids are determined to be more than 10 percent above the fair market price (reference DFARS 219.502-2-70(a)(2)), this acquisition will be converted to unrestricted. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as SDB concerns. Availability of the solicitation is limited and will be issued on a first come, first served basis to the extent available.
