The total amount of material to be dredged will be approximately 526,000 cubic yards. Beach quality material encountered between Cut-2 Sta 150+00 and Trident Access Channel Sta 13+00 will be placed in the nearshore disposal area (or near nearshore disposal area per optional bid item) and all other material will be placed in the designated off shore disposal area located approximately 9 miles from the project site. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 to $5,000.000. Pre-Solicitation Notice will be issued on or about 19 Apr 95. Invitation DACW17-95-B-0036 will be issued on or about 18 May 95 and opened on or about 11 Jul 95. Cost of Plans and Specifications is $40.00.
