Tasks include removal work, carpentry, doors, gypsum board, hard tile, wallcovering, reupholstery seats, carpet, horizontal louver blinds, plumbing, lighting, receptacles and incidental related work. An IFB will be issued on or about 05/26/95 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
