This is a pre-solicitation notice to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the following work: remove and dispose of existing concrete bridge decking, install new pre-cast concrete bridge decking, and construct new cast in-place reinforced concrete apron at each approach to eleven water control structures; install guardrails onto the new concrete bridge decking and approach aprons, relocate existing catwalks, and perform minor miscellaneous repairs to the existing concrete abutments and pier walls; fabricate and install two pairs of approach guardrails for 28 existing water control structures. The project is located at the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, Brigham City, Utah. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 24, 1995. This project is open to both small and large businesses.
