This requirement will be awarded on an ''all or none'' basis. The Government currently owns two of the ISCO Water Monitors. Four additional units are required. Vendors believing they have equipment which is compatible with the government owned equipment and system software should forward technical data and pricing information to the Contracting Office. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement by submitting technical and pricing data within 15 calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement for competition based upon response to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Governement.
