Summers (405) 734-9759. The 38 Engineering Installation Wing intends to modify a sole source Communication Service Authorization local telephone service for ANGRC/CEEC. The intended contractor is Minot Telephone Co D/B/A Souris River Telecommunications. Minot Telephone Co D/B/A Souris River Telecommunications shall provide the following services: (1) Commercial trunks and commercial business lines, for common user dial service within the local exchange area. (2) Inter/Intra Exchange Channel/Mileage from the base to various off premise locations throughout the local exchange area. The period of performance shall be five years from the date of contract award. The primary place of performance will be the ANGRC/CEEC. This acquisition is conducted under the Air Force's regulatory delegation of GSA's exclusive procurement authority for Federal Information Processing (FIP) resources. This sole source acquisition is justified under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Minot Telephone Co D/B/A Souris River Telecommunications is the only local exchange carrier (LEC) who has the approval of the Public Utilities Commission at each location above to provide the required telephone service within the Local Access and Transport Area (LATA). The Government intends to modify a Communication Service Authorization (CSA) written against the Defense Commercial Communications Office (DECCO) basic agreement DCA200-85-H-0135. Note 22. (0115)
