The contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies and technical and administrative support necessary to perform Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computer Tomography (CT) studies/services for government beneficiaries of Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. Contractor services shall cover the range of MRI and CT studies/services typically provided in mobile/permanent MRI and CT facilities and medical treatment facilities of similar size. Should the MRI and CT studies/services be performed off base at a contractor's facility, it is required it be located within the local Grand Forks area due to travel time/cost and emergency considerations. The estimated period of performance is 1 Oct 1995 through 30 Sep 1996, with four option years. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. All requests for a solicitation package must be in writing and state the business size. (114)
