Provide dental hygienist services, for the purpose of providing oral hygiene education, dental prophylaxis, evaluation and assessment of dental patholoygy, exposing and developing of radiograms, removal of soft and hard deposits from teeth, polishing of tooth surfaces, scaling, root planing, curettage, and assisting the dentist(s) in selected periodontal procedures of the inmates incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution, and Federal Prison Camp, Oxford, WI. Dental hygienist must be certified dental hygienist in the State of Wisconsin. The estimated services shall be two hours per session, with fifteen sessions per week. Time frame for services is October 1, 1995 to September 30, 1996. (114)
