The Forest Service requires the services of a professional mental health consultant at the Trapper Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, approximately 10 miles southwest of Darby, Montana. The yearly estimated need is 36 visits to the Center and 100 hours of emergency examination and consultation. Proposals are due June 13, 1995. Estimated start date is July 1, 1995. Contract time will be 1 year. The Government has the option to renew the contract for 2 additional one year periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
