Perform on-site appraisals for 1-4 unit properties on an as-needed basis for the Property Disposition Branch of the Columbus, Ohio HUD office for a one-year period with two one-year options to extend the contract. The Contractor shall be a State licensed or certified appraiser. The purpose of the appraisals is to determine the fair market value of a property for the purpose of selling it. Offerors must demonstrate experience with valuation principles and procedures and the capacity to perform the estimated quantity of reviews per contract.
