(NMF) 254 West 31st. Street, New York, NY 10001 to schedule and implement a financial planning and debt management program for pre-health and health professions students. The program shall entail, focused seminars and workshops for disadvantaged and minority pre- health professions students and health professions students at schools with high default rates. The NMF is deemed to be the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1).
