U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA), Rural Housing and Community Development (RHCD) is interested in obtaining industry comments on the draft Statement of Work (SOW) for a Tax Service provider for the purpose of providing individual property tax information on RHCD's borrower portfolio.
