OPTIMIZING DOD TRAINING IN A DOWNSIZING ENVIRONMENT The Commander Naval Air System Command is sponsoring a 3-day symposium entitled ``Optimizing DOD Training In A Downsizing Environment''. It will focus on the application of Computer Based Training (CBT), weapon simulation, courseware initiatives, part-task trainer advances, training aids, instructional resources and testing of training systems. Participation of Army, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard commands is encouraged. The symposium will be held on 8, 9, 10 August 1995 at the Naval Undersea Museum, Keyport, WA and hosted by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, (NUWC) Division Keyport.
