The contractor will be responsible for the complete management, operation and maintenance, and repair services for the facility. The Contractor will provide all the management, and administrative and technical support for the effective and timely accomplishment of the following functions: Operation and Maintenance, Architectural/Structural Maintenance/Repairs, Janitorial, Snow Removal, Trash and Debris Recycling and Removal, Elevator Equipment and Systems, and miscellaneous work associated with complete building management for the Pension Building. The initial period of performance will begin on or about November 1, 1995 through October 31, 1996 with four one-year options. Services will be procured using sealed bid procedures. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 25, 1995. This solicitation is open to both large and small businesses.
