Provide all necessary labor, transportation, equipment and supervision to provide 356, ninety (90) gallon refuse containers for family housing units. Collect and dispose of refuse for 356 family housing units. Also collect and dispose of refuse from 60, thrity-two (32) gallon containers located throughout the Depot. Contractor will be responsible for all tipping fees associated with disposal. Period of peformance will be 01 October 1995 through 30 Septamber 1996. This specification contains two (2) one (1) year option periods to be executed by the Government if found to be in the Government's best interest.
