Services non-personal to furnish all labor, material and equipment needed to fully manage and perform all operations for the collection, transportation and disposal of refuse and medical waste. The contractor shall transport all refuse collected to the Tooele County Solid Waste disposal facility; which the government will be responsible for the landfill fees, however fees for medical waste shall be the contractors responsibility. The refuse generated is located at Tooele Army Depot, North and South Area, Tooele, Utah. The contract period is for one year with the option of an additional 4 years.
