S -- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR OWNERSHIP OF UTILITY SYSTEMS Contact Jay Weyland, 801/833-3702, Contracting Officer, Marilyn F. Martin, 801/833-2607. Sources sought for contractors to own and operate Tooele Army Depot's Utility System or Systems (electrical, natural gas, water and sewer). The contractor will have the responsibility for maintenance and repair of the utility line from the Depot Master Meter. The natural gas system is relatively new, however, other systems have been operable at least 50 years. Interested parties shall respond with Letter of Interest NLT 15 May 95. Include in your response the size of your firm. This synopsis is a request for information only and shall not be construed as a request for proposals or bid.
