U -- BUILDING MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION Sol. RFP R8-02-95-06. Due 061595. Contact Point, Cindy Monroe, 606/745-3136. Develop and conduct a training and job placement program for Building Maintenance. Training is to be provided 40 hours per week to approximately 24 enrollees at the Frenchburg Civilian Conservation Center of the Daniel Boone National Forest, Menifee County, Kentucky. Educational program is to be designed to meet the requirements of Forest Service and Department of Labor guidelines. Technical Proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria which is shown in the relative order of importance: (1) Experience in related work with disadvantaged youth including training and job placement; (2) Understanding of the Job Corps Building Maintenance program, objective and soundness of technical approach; (3) Qualifications of offeror's personnel; (4) Special qualifications (i.e., supplemental training aids/materials, equipment.); (5) Price.
