X -- TRAILER LEASE Sol. N62472-95-B-3113. POC: Jacqueline Lord-Johnston, 207/963-7241. It is the declared and acknowlege intention and meaning of this solicitation to obtain leasing of three (3) two bedroom trqilers, minimum size of 14' x 48' and maximum size of 14' x 56' to be installed on existing concrete pads. The trailers shall be complete with lighting, plumbing, heating, interior partitions, windows, doors and toilets. The contractor shall furnish steps with handrails to the main entrance and vinyl skirting. At the completion of the lease period the contractor shall remove the trailers from government property at his expense. The trailers will be delivered to the Naval Security Group Activity, Winter Harbor, Maine. The term of this contract will be a base period and two option years. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. All requests must be in writing; telephone requests will not be honored. A bid opening date has not been set for this solicitation.
