Removal of existing ALS light fixtures and rigid towers; ALS concrete foundations; and ALS power substation and foundation. 2. Disposal of oil-filled transformers from power substation and transformer bank containing possible PCB materials. 3. Disposal of capacitors in RAIL flashers containing possible PCB materials. 4. Removal of RWY 31R power substation, gravel plot, fencing, transformer bank, and all concrete foundations. 5. Fill and build up plot area at stations. 6. Construct concrete foundations for MALSR light bars and GP-1 towers, and equipment building. 7. Assemble and wire threshold, EMT and tower mounted lights. 8. Clean, assemble, paint & erect GP-1 towers. 9. Install underground duct/wiring system with associated concrete handholes and steel pull boxes. 10. Install fiberglass equipment building and grounding/lightning protection system. 1. Install crushed rock surfacing and add 2'' crushed rock to existing access road, re-shape & grade.
