SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment to construct 92 two-bedroom townhouses including site work, concrete work, wood, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, mechanical, electrical, and incidental related work. The work also includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment to demolish 63 existing single family housing units, including site work and incidental related work. Included are potential construction options for carports and storage sheds, sidewalks and trails, privacy fences, patio covers and community irrigation and landscaping. The estimated construction cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This is a firm fixed price contract. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 1521 and the related small business size standard is $17,000,000. Contract duration is 485 days.
