This project is for removal and reconstruction of the garden and for waterproofing the building underneath located at 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. The work will consist of excavation of the garden, installation of a waterproofing system and reconstitution of the disturbed garden area. Site work includes selective demolition, earthwork, sodding, hot mixed asphalt paving, storm sewage work, landscape work and specimen tree planting.
