This project is to construct and reconstruct trails for approximately 80 stations of 6 foot wide surface trail. This includes 4 trailheads with structures, 2 viewpoints (including 2.5 stations of 4 foot wide access trail), install 10 steel sign standards, a concrete weir, and related items. Work includes clearing, excavation, structure excavation, borrow, geotextiles, aggregate surfacing, minor bituminous surfacing, installation of wood sign posts, wood traffic bollards, wood information display structures, steel interpretive sign standards, painted road crossings, hand placed riprap, machine placed riprap, reinforcing steel, and structural concrete. Bonds will be required. This project is located on the Winema and Rogue River National Forests, Klamath and Jackson Counties, Oregon. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is being conducted under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program in accordance with PL 100-656. This is not set-aside for small business. (114)
