Z -- REQUIREMENTS TYPE CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE AIRFIELD PAVEMENTS Sol. FO2604-95-B0016. Due 061495. Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials to perform all operations in connection with ``MAINTAIN BASE AIRFIELD PAVEMENTS'' in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for Project NUEX95-0509. This is a requirements contract with one option year for facilities located at Luke AFB, Arizona and Gila Bend AFAF, Arizona. The contractor will be required to perform work under individual delivery orders issued by the Contracting Officer. The performance period of the basic contract will be 28 Sep 95 through 27 Sep 96 with one option year if exercised by the Government. No delivery order less than $10,000.00 or more than $1,000,000.00 shall be issued during the contract period. The anticipated annual magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This requirement is being solicited as ``Unrestricted''. Bid documents, including plans and specifications are expected to be available on or about 26 May 95. Estimated bid opening date will be on or about 26 June 95. SIC code 1611 applies. Only written requests will be considered and must include notarized affidavits from Government agencies attesting to satisfactory performance and to qualifications in terms of expertise and having adequate equipment to accomplish the work. Any bid request that does not include a notorized affidavit concerning experience requirements will not be considered. (114)
