Furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, scaffolding and supervision to accomplish the Repaint Exterior Building project at the VA Medical Center, Reno, Nevada. The work to include general construction, minor demolition, surface cleaning and prepaint preparation on various surfaces including some lead paint. Furnish and install anodized aluminum sunscreen system and other items as shown on the specification and drawings. Award requires a 90 day acceptance period.
