(2) Size 24'' W X 22-1/4'' H, face finish, louver type, 6 ea. blades per louver, see specifications, 36 sets. (3) Size 34-1/2'' W X 79-1/2'' H, face finish, louver type, 22 ea. blades per louver of which 7 ea. to be redwood slats and 15 ea. to be clear glass slats, see specifications, 132 sets. (4) Specifications: A. Frame: 2-3/4'' deep, minimum .062'' thick, out of 6063-T5 extruded aluminum alloy and of one piece construction. B. Louver Operators: Operators shall be factory lubricated sealed, self-locking, roto-type with case hardened steel form gear in a die cast Zamak Housing. All operators shall function without interfering with the screens. C. Weatherstripping: Uninterrupted virgin vinyl gaskets shall be inserted in recessed slots for complete weatherstripping. When the louvers are closed, the weatherstripping shall be tightly compressed between sections to ensure a good seal. D. Louvers: Shall be made of redwood material 4'' wide with natural stain. E. Screen Frames: Shall be fabricated from a heavy 7/16'' X 3/4'' tubular rolled-formed aluminum section. The screen cloth shall be 18 X 14 mesh fiberglass. Screens shall be on the inside ''fixed'' type, held securely in place with clips. F. Finish: Shall be clear anodized aluminum. G. No installation will be involved. H. Offeror shall schedule a site visit within one to two weeks after issue date of solicitation to verify all dimensions and conditions. I. Delivery to Pearl Harbor for Bachelor Enlisted Quarters within 150 days after date of contract. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Numbered Note 1 applies.
