It is required that APPOINTMENT, CONFIRM, and REFILL applications by already proven and operational at other VAMC's. The system must be written in MUMPS, and use VA standard networking including DDP and Ethernet. Reports must be in VA standard Fileman. Reports and system parameter changes must be available from any terminal or printer at the VAMC. The system must be totally turnkey in nature, and there must be no programming required by VA personnel. Firms meeting these qualifications may request the solicitation package by faxing a request to the attention of the Contracting Officer at (814)868-6277.
