FISC intends to procure two hundred fifty (250) each, Micro Focus COBOL Run-Time (64 user) Version 5.0 Software Licenses and Maintenance Support, under a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, two-year contract. This software and support is required by Navy Management Systems Support Office (NAVMASSO), Chesapeake, VA.
