This acquisition will be issued on a sole-source basis to Teradyne, Inc., Boston, MA in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, based on the proprietary information (drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, software source code, etc.) for the system possessed by the original equipment manufacturer. The period of performance is for one base year and three one-year options. The contractor shall provide periodic preventive maintenance, and all labor and repair parts to keep the equipment fully operational in accordance with the original specifications.
