FOR UP TO FOUR (4) C-130 AIRCRAFT AND UP TO SIX (6) PC-7 AIRCRAFT

31098-1600, 912-926-7073. This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant
to FAR Part 5, but is a Market Survey to identify sources with the
capability to provide Complete Logistics Support for the Fuerza Aerea
Bolivian (FAB) for up to four (4) C-130Bs and up to six (6) PC-7s and
also to maintain these aircraft in a safe flight condition. The C-130B
aircraft flies an average of 80 hours per month, the PC-7 aircraft
flies and average of 350 hours per month. The maintenance/logistics
support provided shall keep all systems and sub systems in an
operational status. The contractor shall provide: a Technical
Assistance Team (TAT) comprised of all skills necessary to perform
inspections, installations, maintenance, repair, modifications,
aircraft test and a aircraft acceptance to the C-130B, and PC-7
aircraft, their systems and subsystems. The contractor shall provide
the required spare parts, consumables, supplies, tools, technical
and/or commercial data to maintain and keep the weapon systems in
operational status. Ground support equipment shall also be kept
operational and contractor should be ready to perform incidental ``over
the shoulder'' training. Services to be performed on site in Bolivia.
The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for one
basic year with three (3) one year options. A solicitation does not
exist at this time. This survey is for information and planning
purposes only and does not constitute and Invitation for Bid or Request
for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the
Government. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been
determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such
participation subsequently. Potential sources capable of satisfying
these requirements must demonstrate their interest in participating in
this survey by providing the following documentation: Company Name,
Complete Mailing Address, Phone/Fax Numbers, Cage Code, Point of
Contact, Phone Number, Size of Business, Statement of Domestic of
Foreign Ownership, and a copy of your DD Form 2345 - Military Critical
Technical Data Agreement. Interested sources must also provide
documentation showing capabilities and experience (brochures,
literature, tooling lists, quality programs, warranty programs, etc.)
Failure to provide requested information may result in your company not
being place on the initial source list when/if a request generates.
Large and small businesses are encouraged to participation. All
responses must be in writing and received no laer than twenty (20) days
