Base Operation Support in the form of fuel, food service, and parts delivery to US units performing duty in Detachments 2 and 3 in Colombia, South America. Both sites are located in remote areas of Colombia. Access may be limited to air transport. The normal population of government personnel by location is 40. The tropical climate has normal temperature ranges from 70 - 100 degrees Fahrenheit; April to December is generally rainy season. The government anticiptes award of a firm fixed price contract for a basic year with three (3) twelve-month option years. Potential sources are requested to respond to this request for sources by advising that they have the capability of performing this requirement when requesting a draft statement of work. Each source responding will receive a copy of the draft statement of work and will automatically be placed on the bidder's mailing list should the government decide to issue a solicitation for this requirement.
