This action is to expand the clinical services for high risk obstetrical patients and their offspring at the Mescalero Service Unit in Mescalero, New Mexico, by contracting for the services of a qualified provider familiar with prenatal care and family planning. Education and outreach services must be provided to prenatal and postpartum patients identified at risk for pregnancy related complications. A single award is anticipated to result from this solicitation. Solicitation will be issued on or about May 12, 1995.
