The National Emergency Training Center, Emergency Management Institute (EMI) has a requirement for administrative support services to include inventory control, test scoring, packaging and mailing student materials, etc, for its Independent Study Program. The contractor must be an accredited college or university that will provide accreditation of the Independent Study Courses as a requirement under the contract. The period of performance of the resulting contract will be from October 1, 1995 through September 20, 1996 with four one-year options to extend the period of performance. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on or about May 8, 1995 with a closing date of 60 days after release. A fixed-price labor hour contract is contemplated.
